Andrew D. Eschtruth
Associate Director for External Relations
Mr. Eschtruth joined the Center's staff in May 1999. Previously, he was a senior research analyst with the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) specializing in federal fiscal policy and the economic implications of an aging population. While at the GAO, Mr. Eschtruth served on a special assignment as an aide to U.S. Senator William V. Roth, Jr., Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. Mr. Eschtruth earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in public policy from Duke University.
