Jeff Rosenberger

Jeff Rosenberger is a Strategic Advisor at the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College, bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial technology and retirement savings. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Guideline, a fintech company dedicated to expanding access to affordable 401(k) plans for small and mid-sized businesses, where he helped grow the platform to serve tens of thousands of employers before it was acquired by Gusto and Vestwell. Previously, he was Head of Product Strategy at Earnest and Vice President of Research and Customer Development at Wealthfront, where he helped pioneer the market for direct-to-consumer automated investing. He has also held roles at Nomis Solutions and ProfitLogic. Jeff holds a B.S. in Statistics and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and the FINRA Series 65 license. Jeff is a frequent author and speaker on retirement policy, small business retirement access, and the role of financial technology in improving retirement outcomes.
