Understanding Tribal Community Needs for Social Security Delivery: A Case Study

The project will conduct a case study to better understand how well SSA meets the service delivery needs of people living in tribal communities. It extends previous research (Butrica, Mudrazija, and Schwabish 2023) showing that SSA is doing a lot right in its work with, and on behalf of, Native Americans, but service delivery that is reliant on digital resources leaves out many tribal members who do not have sufficient internet access.
