- research, development, and review of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics related to the COVID-19 virus;
- state and local government response efforts;
- expansion of telehealth services through Medicare;
- consular operations and emergency evacuations at U.S. embassies; and
- health and humanitarian assistance overseas
