Laura D. Quinby

Associate Director of Employee Benefits and Labor Markets

Laura D. Quinby is associate director of employee benefits and labor markets at the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College.  Her recent interests include the labor market for older workers, federal and state disability insurance programs, retirement benefits for state and local government workers, and state auto-IRA programs.  Quinby earned a Ph.D. in public policy from Harvard University in the field of labor economics.  Her work appears in academic journals, such as the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management and Labour Economics, as well as issue briefs that are widely cited by policymakers and the media.
